BILLY NEWMAN

Billy Newman’s keen eye is astutely aimed at nature. Through forests, meadows, and colorful undergrowth, he reveals the mysterious images overlooked in our mundane daily life. Newman captures visions through conventional lenses and film, which is subsequently processed digitally. Adjustments are made to obtain greater control over tone and color, and images are then printed through an archival inkjet process. Billy Newman studied at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. He has had numerous shows and his work is displayed in several prominent collections. Newman resides in Newnan, Georgia.
